Move wall over stairs to make 1st floor bathroom bigger

Only contact if the work can be done this side of xmas. Bathroom 1st floor is too small due to a brick wall that takes up half the room. There looks like there is enough room above the stairs to move this wall by 0.5-1m to increase the size of the bathroom. Moving this wall would mean some additional flooring would need to be put above the stairs. There is a radiator that would need to be disconnected as part of the move. Location is Bishops Stortford.
