Recently had a surveyor around for wood pest control and rising damp issues. They also mentioned we have possible penetrating damp on gable wall and there is damp issues in the corner bedroom which is all down the front corner and then moves across the wall the full length on the bedroom then stops. The surveyor was unsure what it was and suggested ruling out down pipe and gutter issues which we have. Now we don’t know what to do as no one seems to know what is causing it, any advice would be appreciated, thanks
