Water ingress issue from the wall joining conservatory.

Our conservatory is leaking where it joins the external wall of the house. The water is coming underneath the render and dripping down both ends of the wall.
It formed a paint pocket in one end and from the other few drops with the wall.
The conservatory is 10 years old, I checked, and lead flashing between the conservatory and house seems fine.
