Why is there never a builder available for a small job.
The job may not be very lucrative nevertheless, it is important to the customer.
Efforts should be made to ensure that a business completes an agreed job within a specified time so that, customers are not left waiting for an undetermined time waiting for a lull in business before the contractor decides that they can return and complete the job.
Is this a process that is in place or not?
If not, it needs to be reviewed.
