New Roof on Extension + Raise Floors & Ceilings to match rest of house

Semi-detached property:
1. New roof required on 2 story extension - Currently it has a flat roof which will need to be removed & replaced with an appropriate roof AND connected to existing roof on main part of house. I am happy for it to be a smaller roof that connects to the existing roof, rather than the existing roof being extended to cover the extension.
2. Inside Extension: Floors AND ceilings on ground floor AND first floor need to be raised to same level as rest of the house.
