I’m looking to get an old fireplace removed from the kitchen and get the wall behind it plastered over so it looks smooth. I’m wondering how much it would be roughly? I’m wanting to get the job done but if it’s too much then I’ll shelve it for a bit to a time and just make the best of it. I offered £250 for the job but ive had feedback that it’s too little to ask, which i accept no problem cos I’ve no idea really, but I’m just wanting a ball-park of what would be fair for this job cos if it’s too much then, whilst I totally understand that people need to be paid fairly, I’ve got other priorities so if it’s too much then I’ll just leave it and keep the fireplace.
