Hi I had my 1960s bungalow completely renovated 7 years ago. Complete rough cast render was used outside, I have now noticed on very close expectation of wall due to repainting a hairline crack that runs horizontally from the window to the edge of the building around 5ft long in the middle of the building. We also dug up the driveway and had a new drive laid after render was done. My question is is this just normal settling? Why would it be right in the middle of the bungalow are there any weak spots there? Many thanks
