Hi,
Just bought a property and are planning to have the place spruced up internally but have found damp patches on the inside of external walls. We also found crumbling plasterboard and in one case the board is coming away all the way around a window.
The survey did say gutters need cleaning and replacing, who would be best to speak to to get a assessment on the damp issues and solutions?
