We live in a chalet bungalow which has two existing bedrooms upstairs. This is part of the original design of the house and we would like to add a dormer to the rear of the house to give and upstairs toilet / bathroom. Since this is not a full loft conversion and the roof joists are already suitable, what sort of cost could we expect for such a project? Thanks in advance
