I placed a job on the website and had a reply from Jame Lancaster of Hillside Landscapes Ltd. he quoted for the job and it was accepted by the insurance company. He asked for a 40% deposit on the quote, but then asked for Mayer to be paid for in advance. I paid the money, but no materials and no work have transpired. I’ve tried contacting him, but he doesn’t reply. I want my money back, how do I do this any suggestions.
