I'm not sure what category my job would go under.
I'm looking to have a new garage door installed, but i'm needing some other work done before the door can go in.
The existing lintel is quite rusted and needs replacing for some reason.
I'm not too sure why, but the lintel exposed to the elements, hence the rust. With that I assume some brick work will needed?
There's also some gaps in the brickwork due to the house shifting over the years which ideally i'd like sorting in some way or other.
Soo.... what category would this come under? I assume builder would be the tradesman but none of the job types appear to cover repairs.
