HI looking to get a bungalow (Single floor front down to 2 floors at rear where cellar space is. I have plans to remove roof, raise walls by approx. 1 meter all way round and gable ends built up to support new steels. NEW roof to be turned 90degrees to original. 4 dormers would be built in roof. New area would be 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and 1 bathroom. Property is 8 x 10 metres.
What i want to know is what type of firm should i look for to do this work, if i look under builder they do walls, if roofer they tend to do re-roofs and even the loft conversion companies i have spoken to tend to do roofs but no brickwork. What should i search for?
