We have a 3-bed semi in Newcastle under Lyme, and the lounge at the back has historically had a small extension. We want this to extend further in line with the neighbours and put an angled skylight in, we want the angled roof to extend over the kitchen too which at the moment has a flat roof. There is drainage at the back that may be a factor so we want a full service for this. Any advice/thoughts on planning permission required etc most appreciated.
