I have a party wall built of single brick rendered over the top. All the render is cracked quite badly and blown.
On the neighbours side there is a established plant climber which has grown over the side of my wall and through the brick.
They have also built a garage against the wall using the wall as part of the garage. They've built on top of the single wall with a slate roof adding extra weight.
Would this effect the wall and rendering. Thank you.
