Hi,
Is it possible to build a cavity wall up to the DPC level for my garage and then continue with a single brick skin on the external side? I want to hang a roof onto the wall and if I decide to in the future, could I convert the garage into a living room by adding insulation, attaching wall ties from inside onto the external wall and building the internal cavity wall?
Your advise would be appreciated.
