Builder didn't finish work as per contract and issues with his work

I was contacted by LJB Constructions for the job i published on rated people.
I had contract signed with LJB constructions for the work required in my property.
They have collected all the money but left some work uncomplete and some unfinished work. Also not responding to resolve the issues as part of his work. I need your help to understand how do i get justice and get my work done as agreed in contract. Please respond.
