Dear Sirs,
I am considering hiring SURE CONSTRUCTION from your site for work on my garage, but they do not have any ratings on your site. How do I find out more about them and their reputation?
They are asking for £5K up front. I know this is not unusual, but how do I know they are reputable and will complete the job?
