I booked a quote and the builder did not turn up, I kept contacting him, the appointment was 4-5. I managed to get a response at about 6 he was caught in traffic. In the meanwhile another builder turned up unexpectedly I had booked him for my repairs he came early. My roof was leaking badly and needed attention. The builder that did not turn up and asked me to contact get rated.people and ask them to refund the 60 he paid in fees for using rated people. Should I do this ? I did say yes but now I am not sure. Surely he should do this? He did not turn up and I had to chase him. Please advise.
