I am finding more and more customers are excepting there first quote before I can even go and quote myself.
This is through no fault of my own .
I pay £150 a month.
I know that you can only claim so much credit back .
But..
Each month I am loosing out on so much money as I cant claim back any credit due to CUSTOMERS not getting three quotes .
I think this is extremely unfair.
I have been a loyal customer for a number of years .
This rule should be looked at.
If I dont get a reasonable response I shall be looking at taking my custom elsewhere.
