Tommy Armitage, J.A. D Builders and Carpentry came to our home 3 weeks ago and gave a quote for a job which we accepted.
He asked the following week for £100.00 to buy materials and book machinery, which we paid.
Since then, there has been lots of excuses and nothing has been done.
How can we get a refund?
