I had a polycarbonate roof replaced with a solid one. I need a builder to help me obtain a regularising certificate from the local council. I have already paid the fees to Coventry City Council along with the regularising certified application. I am prepared to pay the builder for all Investigative work that needs to be carried out for thd certification.
