My parents are having their house done and the builder seems to be starting all different jobs which I'm fine with however yesterday they stripped off the roof and now my parents house is waterlogged as the builders didn't put tarpaulin on it.... they said you should of paid extra 6000 pounds for us to do it however they accepted the job of the full renovation without paying extra for that. my question is what do my parents do now and how do we go about correcting it.
