Hi, the lintel above my single storey bay window has failed (had a survey done). Who do I get to quote for a replacement, a builder or a bricklayer or? Does anybody know a rough estimate of somebody to quote? I understand this is the sort of job that can really vary depend on the extent of associated repairs but I'm struggling with where to start and who to contact. Can provide photos. Its your standard 1940s semi-detached brick. I am based in Walkergate, Newcastle Upon Tyne. Many thanks in advance for any help or direction. :)
