For 2 days the trader has been off-site - not answered phone calls or texts or explained the delay to completing the work - supplies & equipment left at my property. Only number I have is a home telephone number - this is the number on his own website - called many times but it just rings out without an answerphone. It was agreed that the job would be completed by Saturday 10th September, which he worked, but needed to return on Monday 12th to complete. Nothing since then - what options do I have? Do Rated People have an alternative way to contact him?
