What category to use for conversion development? Builder?

Hi I want to get quotes for converting a house into 2 dwellings. I can't see what category to put this under as the issues are very different to loft conversions and extensions as there will be alterations to meters and utilities supply as well as fire and other regs.
How do I contact a tradesperson who is experienced in these sorts of project?
