What costs would you say a single garage felt roof costs?

I’ve had 3 quotes all differing in costs and differences in quotes. One wasn’t going to change all the felt charging £1200. Another replacing all the felt and I know it all needs replacing. One quote for all the felt replacing taking off the fascia’s for £850. Could you guide me about pricing.
