We have a 1929 semi. The bay window has a ridged roof. The middle lintel is cracking vertically and horizontally. There is little evidence of wall-tie erosion. The other columns and lintels appear to be cracking or moving away from the window panes. Not sure where to start? Wall-tie and lintel expert or survey?
