I have water ingress from under my skirting board under my bay window when it rains. I have had damp proofing (it’s not a damp problem) and had my house rendered 3 months ago (no cracks or defective work). Do I need a builder and what type? The categories on Rated People don’t have anything under ‘water proofer” and I am unsure if it’s a builder that deals with foundations. Thank you for any advice.
