How long would it take for a team of two builders to replace a cracked lintel?
I am thinking about disruption to my daughter as she studies at the moment mostly at home. The existing lintel is concrete or stone maybe. The wall surrounding it is rendered and painted white- inside would also need finishing in some way.
The cracked concrete lintel above a 1st Floor bedroom window (this window is directly above the downstairs Bay window)
Bedroom window inner dimensions are 126cm x 210 cm ( lintel at maybe 240cm)
The final result to be finished as painted grey to match other lintels on the house.
Also scan you suggest some ball park on price if at all possible. How much might appropriate scaffolding costs will add to the basic cost etc?
