Hello, I am looking at adding sound proof insulation / plasterboard to a party wall to block noise from next door. This would also involve extending below the floorboards where the joists pockets are open allowing noise to come through below. What is the best way to do this and is a plasterer or builders job or a mixture of the two. We are then going to be wood panelling the walls
