I have had 3 interested parties interested in providing a quote:
- I believe that the following are important and would like your input:
1 - How many years experience?
2 - Are you insured? ( will request paperwork proof and need to do the checks)
3 - providing materials/ receipts /
4 - Payment terms -
5 - They will have to sign a contract.- samples provided possibly online through the FMB.
6 - details of past jobs and feedback from customers.
