Hi, Conti board is very flimsey and shouldn't really be used to make cupboards unless there just for the garage or something temporary really, best to use 18mm MDF and paint afterwards. Hope this helps.

I know a lot of guys who use the white faced MDF, easy to confuse the two if you don't know what you're looking at. I was speaking to somebody recently who spray paints white faced MDF as well (little bit of keying up) but apparently it gives a good finish without priming and undercoat. That said, all my stuff is painted MDF like Mark. Jon
