Hi, I've have been with your site for many years now and still can't believe we have these people who put very unrealistic budgets on for there work to be completed, there must be more that can be done to police this. I believe that something should be put into place so that when we receive a lead we have the chance to show our interest to customers first before being charged and only get charged by invoice with payment terms if the customer shortlists us for contacting them which is when we would receive there details. If it would turn out that there budget was unrealistic straight away after first contact maybe say within a week then we should be able to get a refund for that lead. There have also been some occurrences where people would put a lead on and have clearly hit the wrong button for budget making it very high for something like a Worktop job which in turn makes the lead cost too much to want to take on. Other people do not put nearly enough detail on there lead so you have to take a chance and guess whether it will bevworth it or not, normally not! As a final point I believe that if we are busy we should still be able to show our interest in the lead maybe by a message template system instead of being charged for the lead at first so that if a customer has been contacted by the tradesman who went for the lead but didn't decide to go for one of them then they have a list of tradesman who may be better suited even though there not available straight away. Customers do want to wait for the right tradesman sometimes!! I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks Mark MKS Kitchen Installations Ltd
