New staircase advice needed, currently very steep and open steps. Initially advice needed about position of staircase as you literally exit a bedroom and stairs are there; this feels a bit dangerous. Staircase is straight. Is it possible to have maybe two bigger steps/platform in the staircase for praticality of safety?
