The brown paint is peeling off and the wood is in light grey but it feel "soft" rather than hard. This is due to heavy rain over the last 15 years.
Should I sand it down and remove all the paints and fill in the gaps/holes?
How should I sand it down and what products should I use, and instruction how i should do it step by step please.
