Simple Fit Shelves To Wardrobe Unit

Hello,
I have a wardrobe in the bedroom. It only has hanging rods and to increase the storage, I would like to add shelf units to it. I would also like to know if the handyman/carpernter/joiner will come with all necessary equipment to fulfill the job or will I have to buy all the equipment (screws, shelf wood, etc.)? Could you please assist me. Thank you
