Boxing in pipes after installation of new combi boiler in the kitchen

We have had a new replacement combi boiler installed in the kitchen and as our units are high gloss black we would like to use materials to box in the pipes and install a small cupboard above the boiler for easy access when yearly maintenance takes place, to match the kitchen is this possible
