Hi Toby, I'm very sorry to hear that you've had an issue with a tradesman. If you feel like you need to talk to our support team and give them further information about this tradesman, please use our Contact Us form. We are very keen to know as much as possible about our members and if they should continue to be a part of the service: http://www.ratedpeople.com/contact-us/contact-us-form If you’re not happy with the quality of a tradesman’s work, you should leave a rating stating why the tradesman didn’t live up expectations. Tradesmen who fail to deliver quality work can be permanently suspended from Rated People. To give a rating, log in to your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. Select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. Kind regards, Emmeline Ask an Expert Moderator

My only advice is to contact rated people first to see if they can help. Then if your not happy use the ratings regards

Disappointing this happened to you. You can go back onto Ratedpeople.com website and where you posted job there is tab to "rate job" . Here you can give rating 1 to 5 etc and leav comments about what happened. You can also contact Ratedpeople.com direct by email to inform them what happened

What would you like to do now?
