hi, a good experienced general builder should be able to do this job, but be very careful who you choose - get references but more important then that go and look at similar work carried out and talk to existing customers.of the company. try and find a local trades person and get every thing written down the full details of the step by step process. in fact you could look up B&Q MANUAL or readers digest or others for stud walling and read whats required and prepare your self before you ask a builder and at leat that way you know if he is the right person if he does not come up with the right answers for the job.
