The central heating boiler, in my kitchen, has broken down. The engineer has confirmed that it requires a couple of new parts. However, in order to check the condenser at the base of the boiler I need to remove a few kitchen tiles to allow access. I feel this is a very small job, but do I need a joiner or a tiler?
