An idea of cost for cupboard building please.

I want to have a utility cupboard, floor to ceiling, built to house vac, mop etc, Also there is a small floor level meter cupboard in the hall which i would like made ceiling height to house coats & bags (& the consumer unit). May need to remove existing cupboard & start again.
