My stairs have started to squeak, i have tried to remove the treads so i could glue them as advised before but there not moving. Been able to screw them tight, but still squeaking, Any more ideas

Hi Martin you can't remove the treads you can only try to pry them apart while you pour glue into the joint. It sounds like you need to gain access to the back of the stairs this will involve removing plasterboard. Check to see if glue blocks were fitted where the tread meets the riser ( triangular pieces of timber) if these have come loose it maybe best to remove them and fit a length of 50mmx50mm in its place along the full length of each tread. Put plenty of glue on the edges that touch the tread and riser and screw them in from the front of the stairs' you will need some assistance to do this, this will normally fix any squeaks. Ed

Use gripper glue and plenty of it, don't walk on treads once glued for 5days, it pays to glue alternate treads. This is only possible if underside of stairs are visible.
