Door problems

I have 4 internal doors with various problems:
three of them close but can be pushed open without the handle being turned - i.e.the latch doesn't engage fully; one of them doesn't close at all - one of the hinges seems slightly misplaced; three of them won't stay open, but swing to and slam;none of the locks work - either the keys won't turn the locks at all, or they don't engage when turned;
Would a carpenter/joiner be able to fix all these? - and might they also be able to advise on another job - getting a loft ladder installed - or would I need to approach someone else for that?
