Replace bathroom floor

Bathroom floor under the slate tiles (chipboard) Is soaking and falling apart due to badly sealed bath/shower. What kind of tradesman do I need to sort it?

Hi In my opinion you would need a carpenter or general builder, as a word of warning when replacing the subfloor do not use chipboard for the reasons you have found. You should use marine ply with Ditra matting before tiling
