Crack in top corner of glass on newly fitted door panels

We have just had a beautiful bespoke fitted mdf wardrobe installed by a skilled (but occasionally quite difficult carpenter). Not yet painted. He did an amazing job which we paid for and he is now on holiday so I cannot speak to him for 2 weeks. Sadly yesterday while I was sorting out my clothes ( so opening and closing doors a lot) at midday I noticed a crack had appeared in the top right corner of one of the door panel mirrors ( hinge side). At midnight I noticed the same thing had happened in the same position on another mirrored panel,. The glass was glued in before bead applied, there are powerful magnets at the top of the doors in centre where they meet ( none at bottom) crack is almost level with magnets. Please give you opinion as to what could be causing this as don't want it to happen in all 7 doors ! Thank you for your help!
