How much to knock down internal stud wall and rebuild?

How much (ball park) are we looking at to knock down an internal wall (which holds a thermostat, two power sockets and a door frame) which is between our kitchen and hallway? The door would be moved to a new wall (needs to be built) adjoining the stairs in the hall.
