Hi,
We had a major leak in the bathroom, and when removing the ceiling downstairs we have discovered that the joists could really do with replacing.
The area is about 1.2m x 2.2m, currently there is about 10 joists (part of it is still covered, but we would like to replace them all as the house is very old).
How much would a job like that cost? And how long would it take?
