I'm contemplating joining an organisation such as yourselves, I will initially join on a monthly basis, should I be unhappy with the amount of leads I'm receiving am I entitled to leave at any point ?? Also, I'm a qualified joiner but also cover a variety of other general trades revolving around property maintenance, my question is how many categories can I be included in ?? Many Thanks, Ian

Hi Ian Get yourself joined up, you wont regret it, at 1st just go for the bread and butter jobs, £100/£250 jobs till you get some ratings, This site works wonders for me.

Hi Ian, Great to hear you're interested in joining us. You're entitled to leave whenever you wish. You'd just need to contact the team through the Contact page (ratedpeople(dot)com/contact-us) and select ‘Cancellations’ as the contact query category. The team would then need to confirm with a phone call to make sure it's the account holder cancelling the account. You can sign up to multiple categories - what happens is you add what we call 'skills' to your profile and receive job leads that match any skills that you have selected.
