No contact from tradesman

Posted by Julie Smyth, on
I would like advice on how to proceed with my job listing. I received an email 2 weeks ago informing me I would be contacted by a tradesman who had bought my job. Still no contact and after 2 weeks I assume my job is no longer live? I have not rang the tradesman as I am now unsure whether I want to hand over £100's to someone too unreliable to contact me. Do I need to take my job down and re-post if I want other tradespeople to see it?

Hi Julie, Sorry to hear this. Tradespeople pay for your details, so it's very uncommon for them to not provide you with a quote. If they have not contacted you yet, I would advise that you re-post the job to receive other tradespeople's interest. Jobs are left on our system for three days so if it was posted two weeks ago, it will be offline. Thanks, Josh Ask an expert team
