Installing a new staircase - 3 storey house

I want to remove the existing staircase and replace the entire thing with new traditional off peg spindles, monkey tail banisters, newel posts and closed string. Intention is to stain steps and banister and paint spindles, so a good pine is adequate. Would also be interested in some basic understair storage on ground floor. It is a 3 storey house with 2 half landings. What would be the rough cost for this? Thanks!
